The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. The law of England shall apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

Complaint Procedure
If in the unlikely event that you have a particular complaint, please contact us by email in the first instance. You will be kept informed about the progress in any dispute and will be provided with a timescale for resolving the dispute. All complaints are dealt with in the strictest confidence. We believe in providing a fair and effective complaints procedure.

We only accept payment in GB Pounds Sterling.
Every effort is made to ensure the prices quoted are accurate and maintained for your order, however, this may not always be possible, if for any reason a price is different on receiving your order we will notify you and you may cancel your order with a full refund.

We aim to ship out goods to UK destinations within 2 working days of receiving the order.
If goods are unavailable within this time-scale you will be contacted with a likely delivery time.
If the revised timescale is not acceptable, you may cancel your order with a full refund.
In any event we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Within 7 working days of the date you receive the goods, you will be responsible for the items until they reach us.
Goods may be returned unused, unsoiled and undamaged in their original wrappings for exchange or refund (Less postage and packaging).
For your own protection, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature.
In the case of exchange, please contact us as we will ask that you pay packing and postage costs.
If the item is faulty we will pay the costs incurred.
